Full Service Package - Additional Information
**OUR FULL SERVICE PRICES ARE BASED ON HUNTING PARTY OF AT LEAST 4 HUNTERS, FOR SMALLER HUNTING PARTIES, PLEASE SEE BELOW.
Because we do not mix hunting parties, please add the following fees for smaller parties:
- Three add $50/guest/day
- Two add $110/guest/day
- Single add $250/day
*Full time students 23 years old and under with ID; one student rate per one regular priced guest
Additional night (CAN ONLY BE BOOKED WITH FULL SERVICE PACKAGE)

- Sales Tax of 7.5% and Guest Tax $4.80 per night applicable

Our Day Hunt includes:
- A full day’s hunt (arrive by 7:30 am)
- Homemade country breakfast
- Hot country gourmet lunch at the ranch house
- Field transportation via 4-wheel drive trucks
- Escorted by professional guides/dog handlers
- Game processed and packaged
- Refreshments during the hunt
- Six pheasant per day per person limit (extended limits available)
- Blaze orange Ringneck Ranch cap
- Insulated cooler for your processed game
Day Hunts - Additional Information
*Please plan your arrival by 7:30 am in time for breakfast, to complete paperwork, and the safety briefing.
Please note that prices are based on minimum party of four hunters.
- For a hunting party of three, add $50 per person per day;
- For a hunting party of two guests, add $110 per person per day;
- For a single hunter, add $250 per day.
- Extended limits are available with prior arrangement
- Kansas’ sales tax of 7.5% is applicable.

Reservations & Deposits
Hunting Reservations:
Our reservation procedure evolved several years ago and has worked very well for both our guests and us. With a rare exception, all of the hunting parties at the ranch are guaranteed the same corresponding days for the next year. We send a letter to the principles of each hunting party in early February through March, asking for deposits by March and April. We require $300/day/hunter to confirm the hunting dates for the coming season. If you choose to stay an additional night, an additional deposit of $100 is required. Over 85% of the hunting parties reconfirm for the same dates each year. This helps us maintain scheduling chaos at a manageable level and allows our guests to plan their calendars.

Ringneck Hunting Deposit Policy:
A deposit of $300 per hunter per day is required to confirm your hunting dates. An additional deposit of $100 per person is required for an additional night’s stay. With less than sixty (60) days notice, deposits are nonrefundable, but transferable to a substitute guest. Unless arranged prior to arrival, the balance is due upon departure. Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
